New users are eligible for a 14-day trial period. If you upgrade to a paid plan during this time, you acknowledge that you have tested the tools and they meet your professional requirements.
2. Subscription Billing
- Cancellations: You may cancel via the billing dashboard at any time.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Magic Coins/AI Credits: Non-refundable once AI content has been generated.
- API Lookups: Non-refundable once Geo-Grid reports are processed.

Whitelabel setup fees are non-refundable once custom domain mapping has been configured by our technical team.
